Les Hatley, CPA, FLMI

Prior to joining InsRis, Mr. Hatley was the Director of the NAIC’s Financial Analysis Division.  His responsibilities at the NAIC included providing technical expertise in the area of solvency surveillance and development of automated solvency tools.  Prior to the NAIC, Mr. Hatley spent 16 years in the insurance industry as treasurer or controller of various life and property/casualty groups.

Mr. Hatley has served as president of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA).
