unusual portfolio turnover, material asset movements between related parties
or unusual security lending activities

to review Company's assertions regarding accuracy, completeness, existence,
ownership and valuation of Securities and Invested Assets

to identify and assess the material impact of industry and/or economic
conditions on investments

to evaluate the Company's internal control environment in order to assess
control risk

to determine that investments are valued in accordance with the Securities
Valuation Office (SVO) Purposes and Procedures Manual, valuation guidance,
and State laws and regulations

to review Interest Maintenance and Asset Valuation Reserves to determine
proper calculation and presentation
