Donald Koch, CIEMr. Koch has been a regulator or has been assisting regulators for more than twenty-five years. Mr. Koch is a former Chief of Market Surveillance for the State of Alaska Division of Insurance, where he supervised, managed and participated in market surveillance and market conduct examinations. Mr. Koch has served on the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society (IRES) Executive Board and participated in the creation of the NAIC Market Conduct Examiners Handbook.
